I discovered a leak in the roof liner of my car above the door window which extended over to the visor creating a very large wet stain and compromising my door electronics when it dripped after every rain storm or even a dewy morning. I took it to two different auto shops. One even had it for a whole week and neither could recreate it or find the source of the leak. I called a few others and they told me straight out they don’t work on water leaks because they are too difficult to find and couldn’t recommend anyone who did. A friend told me about Water Doctors from an encounter she had 10+ years ago but it wasn’t successful for her. Without any other recourse, and the leak just getting worse, I decided to give Water Doctors a try and I am so grateful I did!!! I’ve used the Water Doctors International some 2 years ago, and Todd an employee was able to resolve my water leaking issues in both my wife’s and son’s Infinities. Todd was 150 Percent on point and knew what he was doing in clearing the hoses in both vehicles.

Daughter has a moon/sunroof that the drain had failed. The Dr. fixed it and took care of the mold.

I had a water leak in my 2009 for explorer, Andrew with the Water Doctors came to my house in Fairlawn Va, Andrew arrived on time, And went right to work and seal the water leak, Two weeks later we had a bad storm on a Saturday that night I checked and there was still water inside my Explorer not as bad as before, I left a message on Andrew’s phone, Monday morning about 8:30 I received a call from Andrew with the water doctors, And he set up a appointment with me and came back exactly when he said he would. And fixed the water leak, I asked Andrew what do I owe you and Andrew said nothing it was under warranty.

I had mysterious water leakage in my 1999 Durango — wetness in the tool storage compartment, leaks down the back pillars, water in the rear cupholders…and eventually stains on much of the headliner. It stumped me. Water Doctors was recommended by my repair shop (Campus Auto) so I called, and Andrew came out to diagnose the problem. He determined the leak was in the rear (fixed) windows, and we scheduled a date for him to come replace their seals. I was skeptical that any leak there could cause my problems. I even ran a little water test of my own to see if water might be leaking in from the roof rack rails (it wasn’t). When Andrew came to replace the seals, he took care to show me the signs that the original seal was broken in places — the glass no longer touching the seal so that dust and dirt could get in there. With the glass out, I could also see that a leak at the top of those windows could indeed get into the headliner. I was convinced! And delighted that I could have confidence in the fix. Andrew told me that he has serviced nearly 10,000 cars with Water Doctor, and I can well believe it — he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Count me as a happy customer.

Ed H from Water Doctors came the same day I called him. He was recommended by my auto body shop owner. I am a volunteer for a church group that supports refugee families. A Toyota 4Runner had been donated to one of the refugee families, but it had a roof leak. Ed diagnosed the leak as an improperly installed replacement windshield. He fixed the leak in one hour. It hasn’t leaked since. Waters Doctors are now on my phone list with a 5 star notation.

Water Doctors was referred to me by an auto body shop – and frankly I did not know what to expect.   After I found your website, I located and phoned your representative for the Baltimore area who introduced himself as Jim D.

My brother and I could not have been more impressed with how efficient and thorough Jim was in trying to identify the leak. My Subaru has two sunroofs and Jim checked both and pointed out the almost invisible marks that suggested the seals could have started to leak. The leak in the hatch was finally identified as the seals around the rear window were leaking. He took apart the inside components to check more thoroughly than I would have expected. He suggested I contact the Dealer to see if they could replace the seals and warned that they may only be able to replace the seal and window as a package.

I could not be happier or more impressed with the service that Todd provided.
He had the ability to find and fix the water leak the first time…after taking it to the dealership and it was not fixed at the dealership.
The dealership however did arrange for Todd to diagnose the water leak.
Todd actually came to my home and found lots of water inside my car, he fixed it immediately and it remains to be leak free after several rain storms!
He also returned for a second service as there was a part that got damaged at the dealership and he came to my home a second time to replace the faulty part.

I called Jim Dodson for a roof leak on my 2010 Ridgeline. He called me back promptly, explained the process, scheduled the work, and even called the next day to say he had a cancellation and can head right over. Once he got to my home he was professional, polite, and explained everything he was doing and why. Jim did not waste any time, diagnosed the issue (after an extensive process of elimination), and tackled the problem. Water Doctors are miracle workers! My 2015 Toyota Highlander had a horrid odor for the past year and no one could find the source. I had no visible water leaks. I was desperate! Allen with Water Doctors found the problem!! There was water getting into my rear rear tail light and from around my lift hatch rubber seal. He cleaned the mold and removed the water. I can’t tell you how grateful I am!! Thank you, Allen and Water Doctors for being the best!
